Welcome to Oblong Industries. Our technology transforms the way people work, create, and collaborate. We believe the era of one human, one mouse, one screen, one machine is giving way to what's next: multiple participants, working in proximity and remotely, using a groundbreaking spatial interface to control applications and data spread across every display.
This is what Oblong builds. It's why we're here.
We are a team on a mission to provision the world with new computing forms of genuine value and durable worth, forms profoundly capable, human, beautiful, and exhilarating. Oblong Industries was co-founded in 2006 by John Underkoffler, chief computer visionary behind the 2002 film Minority Report.
Since the film’s release, the human computer interface imagined in that fictional world has become a reality and is used by leading firms every day. For more about Oblong, check out our story.
Products from Oblong Industries include Mezzanine™, a next-generation conference room solution for unparalleled audio-visual presentation, collaboration and productivity; g-speak™, our core platform for spatially-aware multi-user, multi-screen, multi-device, networked applications; and the recently released Greenhouse™ SDK for rapid prototyping of spatial interfaces.
